(Q) What are Property Tags?

Property Tags are our unique way of letting you find the perfect property. Each property on our database is given ‘tags’ highlighting features of that particular home - be it mature gardens, wooden floors, radiators - anything! If you have a certain feature that you couldn’t live without, Property Tags are here to help.

(Q) How can you sell houses without charging commission?

We have very low overheads - the basis of our estate agency is online marketing which significantly reduces our expenses compared to a traditional estate agent. Our basic fee of £199 + VAT covers our costs for the lifetime of your sale, and there are no other ‘hidden’ fees or commission to pay.

(Q) Great, so what’s included?

The basic fee covers marketing, advertising, a “For Sale” board (which some other companies charge extra for!) and handling of property enquiries from interested third parties - unlike other commission-free estate agents we do not pass your details on to buyers, we contact them directly. We also produce printed property particulars, and check the suitability of potential buyers - including whether they have a property for sale, if they are part of a chain, and if they have a mortgage arranged.

(Q) What’s so great about an online estate agency?

When looking for a new property, many potential buyers look in two places - physically looking around the area they want to be in, and looking on the internet. Traditional paper based property newspapers are rarely used these days - it’s much easier to get the latest up to date information direct from the internet. We advertise your property on some of the leading property websites, and of course a ‘For Sale’ board is included in the price - thus covering you for both methods that the modern buyer will use.

(Q) So where will my property be advertised?

In addition to our own website, PropertyBubble.co.uk, we will also advertise your property on a selection of internet property portals such as RightMove and FindAProperty.com.

(Q) How do I know what price to market my property at?

Whilst we can give you an indication of the value of your property, it is wise to check the prices of similar properties in your area. Pricing your property too high in relation to others nearby will result in a slow sale - or no sale at all.

(Q) What if I’m already using a traditional estate agent?

You should certainly let your estate agent know that you also wish to use our services, and check your contract to make sure there are no conditions preventing this. In most cases you should be fine, and there will of course be no commission to pay when your property sells.
