- An initial consultation, where we will establish a suitable rental price, take photographs and measurements, and answer any questions you may have

- The marketing of your property on this site
- The marketing of your property on portal sites like Rightmove and Find A Property
- Handling of prospective tenant telephone calls - we will speak to tenants and arrange viewings for you, unlike other no commission estate agents who will pass your telephone contact details to buyers
- Direct search engine submission for your property - when someone searches on Google (or other search engines) for a property in your area, your house will appear in the search results
- Marketing with the use of our unique Property Tags - when a search on this site, or a Google search, is made using keywords relevant to your property, your house will appear in the search results
Fees For Renting
We have one basic fee - £99 + VAT.
