Sell with Property Bubble
Selling your property with Property Bubble is easy - all you have to do is give us a call or sign up online, and you will get all of this:
- An initial consultation, where we will establish a suitable asking price, take photographs and measurements, and answer any questions you may have
- A sign for outside your house
- The marketing of your property on this site
- The marketing of your property on portal sites like Rightmove and Find A Property
- Handling of prospective buyer telephone calls - we will speak to buyers and arrange viewings for you, unlike other no commission estate agents who will pass your telephone contact details to buyers
- Direct search engine submission for your property - when someone searches on Google (or other search engines) for a property in your area, your house will appear in the search results
- Marketing with the use of our unique Property Tags - when a search on this site, or a Google search, is made using keywords relevant to your property, your house will appear in the search results
Fees For Selling
Our basic fee is £199 + VAT.
We are currently running two limited time promotions - one is a half price offer for selling services (£99 + VAT), the other is to sell your house for free when you purchase a HIP for £299 + VAT.
Terms and Conditions for TV competition
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Property Bubble.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. You will be automatically entered in to the draw when you put your house up for sale with Property Bubble
5. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Property Bubble may require.
7. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
8. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
9. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
10. Property Bubble reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Property Bubble may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
11. Property Bubble will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
